Cancellation & Refund

MIPL believes in helping its customers as far as possible: Cancellations will be considered only as per company’s discretion. MIPL does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items attachments, spares, consumables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if customer establishes that quality of product delivered as our standards. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report same to our Customer Service team. request will, however, be entertained once merchant has checked & determined same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of products. In case you feel that product received is not as shown on site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to notice of our customer service within same day of receiving product. In case of any Refunds approved by MIPL, it may take minimum take 9-15 working days for refund.
